商务英语寒暄对话。外事接待程序是尽可能详细地了解外宾的基本情况，弄清来意、抵达口期、地点;会同或配合外事部门，拟定详细的接待计划，报请上司审定;根据上司批准的接待方案，组织有关部门及人员准备好有关材料。外事接待原则如下:平等互利原则;依法办事原则;内外有别原则;文明礼貌原则。外事礼宾次序如下:按身份与职务的高低排列;按英语字母顺序排列;按通知代表团组成的日期先后排列。
John: Hello, Robert. Do you make any arrangements this morning?
Robert: Hello, John. I am going to visit some special ancient buildings in Beijing?
John: Have you ever visited to Beijing before?
Robert: No, I haven't. This is the first time for me. But for this trip, I have donea lot of preparatory work.
John: Really? What's this in your hand?
Robert: Here is a book about China. There are many introductions of Chinese places of historic interest and scenic beauty, such as the Imperial Palace, the Ming Tombs and so on. The stories of thoseplaces are so entertaining.
John:That's right. Beijing is a famous oriental city with long history and rich are many great places here. I think you should stay longer to enjoy them. What is the first place you want to go?
Robert:The Great Wall. As I have heard the story about Meng Jiangnv before.
